I left a career rather than betray what I knew was right.
That instinct — the one that won't let you stay somewhere misaligned — is the same one I now help men listen to. I call mine my yuck. It has never been wrong.

The path
I spent years in K–12 education inside a large school district. When a new administration crossed a line I couldn't, I took a stand and walked away from the whole thing.
From there I moved into health and life coaching, then into executive coaching — built the hard way, through cold outreach to coaches I respected and a few lessons that stung, including an early hire that taught me more than any win did.
None of it was a straight line, and I've stopped pretending otherwise. The through line was always the same: I can't work against my own read of what's true.
Credentials
Stated plainly, no gloss. I'd rather you judge the work than the letters.
Most of us are running conditioning we never chose.
Patterns get installed in childhood and rewarded ever since. High-achieving men tend to carry the most of it, and are the least permitted to examine it. My work is subtractive — not become more, but put down what was installed in you. What's left is a person who can lead from stewardship instead of grip.
The work starts with one honest conversation.
No pitch, no scheduling gauntlet. Email me directly and tell me a little about where you are — I read everything myself.
